Guruji says that before you sit for meditation just leave the whole world aside ... this will you help you go within yourself.There are three sankalpas(can be said as 'will') that will help you in the process:

  1. Achaaha:
    RIGHT NOW I don't want anything. RIGHT NOW I want nothing!
  2. Akinchen:
    I AM NOBODY, I AM NOTHING. Ask yourself 'WHO AM I?'. You are nothing and nobody.
  3. Aprayatna:
    Effortlessness.To meditate there is nothing to do.Just be.
